Objectives of the methodology:
The project maturity analysis enables them to first determine your location and then take the right measures.
To determine where we stand, we use a standardized and field-tested questionnaire, which, in conjunction with our extensive experience, also allows us to carry out benchmarking.
Our approach:
We have developed a questionnaire in 12 dimensions with over 70 questions. For each question, the possible answers are converted into an objective and comparable score based on a scale of points with individually defined criteria.
The strengths and weaknesses of the project can then be easily identified in a spider diagram. In addition, the objectified points scale also allows a comparison with other projects from our pool.
Additionally, the tops and flops of the individual questions can be displayed.
Our solution:
The implementation is usually done by 2 experienced L&B consultants within 2 days. For you, this means about 6 hours of effort for participating in the survey and receiving the results.
